This order form is for those of you who aren't sure where the funds for your PayPal payment are coming from. What I'll do is bill you from my Personal account. If it turns out to be a debit/credit card funded payment, I will decline your payment and re-bill you from my Premier account. ** Note: If it turns out to be a debit/credit card funded payment, extra charges do apply.
