USA Angel Girl

Starting out:

*You will need: Paint Shop Pro 7.04 or higher.
*The zip file is here.

Open the USA Angel Girl, Stripes, and Hair psp files.

Selections will be opened by going to Selections > Load From Alpha Channel

** 01 - Feet

  • Highlight layer Feet.
  • Load the Feet selection.
  • Flood fill with the color #000000
    Contract by 2
    Fill with #000280

** 02 - Wings

  • Highlight layer Wings.
  • Load the Wings selection.
  • Flood fill with the color #000000
    Contract by 2
    Fill with #000280
  • Invert and apply a Drop Shadow with the following settings:
    Vertical and Horizontal: 0 || Opacity: 80 || Blur: 30 || Color: #000000 (Black)
  • Deselect.
  • Apply Noise at 3%

** 03 - Wing Stars

  • Highlight layer Wing Stars.
  • Load the Wing Stars selection.
  • Flood fill with the color #C0C0C0
    Contract by 1
    Fill with #FFFFFF (White)

** 04 - Dress Trim

  • Highlight layer Dress Trim.
  • Load the Dress Trim selection.
  • Flood fill with the color #C0C0C0
    Contract by 2
    Fill with #FFFFFF (White)
  • Invert and apply a Drop Shadow with the same settings, but change:
    Blur: 20 || Color: #C0C0C0
  • Deselect.
  • Apply Noise at 3%

** 05 - Hands

  • Highlight layer Hands.
  • Load the Hands selection.
    *Note: This selection is out of order.
  • Flood fill with the color #E8A181
    Contract by 2
    Fill with #ECB49B

** 06 - Sleeves

  • Highlight layer Sleeves.
  • Load the Sleeves selection.
  • Flood fill with the color #C0C0C0
    Contract by 2
    Fill with #FFFFFF (White)
  • Invert and apply the same Drop Shadow.
  • Deselect.
  • Apply Noise at 3%

** 07 - Dress

  • Highlight layer Dress.
  • Load the Dress selection.
  • Flood fill with the color #960000
    Contract by 2
    Fill with the Stripes pattern provided. Scale: 100 || Angle: 0
  • Invert and apply the same Drop Shadow, but change the color to #960000
  • Deselect.
  • Apply Noise at 3%

** 08 - Straps

  • Highlight layer Straps.
  • Load the Straps selection.
  • Flood fill with the color #960000
    Contract by 2
    Fill with #A80000
  • Deselect.
  • Apply Noise at 3%

** 09 - Bow 1

  • Highlight layer Bow 1.
  • Load the Bow 1 selection.
  • Flood fill with the color #960000
    Contract by 2
    Fill with #A80000
  • Deselect.
  • Apply Noise at 3%

** 10 - Bow Center

  • Highlight layer Bow Center.
  • Load the Bow Center selection.
  • Flood fill with the color #960000
    Contract by 2
    Fill with #A80000
  • Deselect.

** 11 - Head

  • Highlight layer Head.
  • Load the Head selection.
  • Flood fill with the color #E8A181
    Contract by 2
    Fill with #ECB49B

** 12 - Hair

  • Highlight layer Hair.
  • Load the Hair selection.
  • Fill with the Hair psp file provided. Scale: 50 || Angle: 0


  • SAME LAYER -- Load the Hair Bangs selection.
    *Note: This selection is out of order.
  • Fill with the Hair psp file provided. Scale: 50 || Angle: 0

** 13 - String

  • Highlight layer String.
  • Load the String selection.
  • Flood fill with the color #000000 (Black).

** 14 - Stars

  • Highlight layer Stars.
  • Load the Stars selection.
  • Flood fill with the color #000280
    Contract by 1
    Fill with #FFFFFF (White)

** 15 - Hand Lines

  • Highlight layer Hand Lines.
  • Load the Hand Lines selection.
  • Flood fill with the color #E8A181.
  • Deselect.

** Finishing Up...

Make all layers visible.

I have provided the face for you, but feel free to make your own.
Note: The face provided is *not* to be used for anything other than this USA angel girl.
